Both of the floor cloths discussed in this article are quick and easy to create. The canvas used has a vinyl backing, so it does not unravel or require a hem. I am not certain where it can currently be found, since I purchased it several years ago at SAS Fabric in Phoenix. |

| The next step was to "spray on the color". Krylon Mauve Satin finish, was used on the oval- shaped cloth, and Krylon Jade Satin finish, was used on the rectangular-shaped cloth. Then, for fun, I placed a lace curtain panel on each cloth, and sprayed over the Lace Stencil with Krylon Ivory Gloss Finish. If you have seen some of my other projects, you will notice that I have used lace curtain panels as stencils for many different types of projects. It is easy and inexpensive, the curtains can be re-used several times. But, best of all, the end result is lovely! |

| RESOURCES: CANVAS CLOTH The two different types of canvas cloth I use were purchased several years ago at SAS, a discount fabric store located in Phoenix, AZ. I am in the process of trying to locate some online resources, that offer canvas floor cloths at reasonable prices. SPRAY PAINT My preference is Krylon. It has an even spray, and the coverage is much better than with other brands. You can purchase it at Wal-Mart, or your local hardware store. Home Depot does not carry Krylon; I'm not sure about Lowes. |
